About Us
The Local Crew Behind Fast Rescue
Twelve years, thousands of roadside rescues, and one promise: when you call Northgate, a trained local operator shows up fast and treats your car like their own.
Our Story
Built on One Broken-Down Night
Northgate Roadside Rescue started with a single flatbed and a simple frustration: drivers stranded around Virginia Beach waiting hours for help that never came with a straight answer on price. We decided to run the kind of towing company we always wished would show up – fast, honest, and careful.
Today our dispatch covers Virginia Beach and the whole Hampton Roads region around the clock. Every operator is professionally trained in securing, loading, and transport, and every job is quoted upfront before a truck ever rolls.

What We Stand For
How We Treat Every Call
Safety Before Speed
Fast matters, but never at the cost of your car. We secure, load, and transport by the book – then back it with a damage-free guarantee.
Honest, Upfront Pricing
You get the full price before we dispatch – service, distance, and vehicle size included. No padding, no surprise mileage fees.
Real Local Accountability
We live where we tow. No national call center, no random subcontractors – just our own trained team answering around the clock.
The Team
Trained Operators, Not Day Labor
Every Northgate operator completes professional training in vehicle securing, flatbed loading, winch recovery, and roadside safety before taking a solo call – and re-trains every year.
- Background-checked, uniformed, and photo-identified on arrival
- Specialists for low-clearance, electric, and all-wheel-drive vehicles
- Live dispatchers – never a machine – tracking your driver in real time
